Struggling with Tooth Sensitivity?
We can help.
If cold air, hot food, cold drinks, or touch cause you a ton of pain, you’ve got tooth sensitivity. And there are two types.
Dentinal Sensitivity
This type of sensitivity happens when the middle layer of your tooth gets exposed by receding gum lines. We address it by applying a coat of resin to the exposed area. This treatment is effective for up to 6 months.
Pulpal Sensitivity
Pulpal sensitivity comes from the pulp chamber of the tooth where nerves and tissues are stored. This sensitivity can be caused by decay, infection, recent fillings, or the grinding of teeth. There are several different solutions we can use, depending on what’s going on.
